In August 2009 there were 1,965 new listings down from 2,526 in 2008 a drop of 22.2 %. Closed sales were 1,104 in 09 down from 1,235 in 08.


The median sales price was down from August 2008 figure of $220,000 to $200,295, while the average sales price went from $275,005 in 2008 to $246,692 in 2009. Average sales price in August 2009 was $246,692.
Average Days on market was 96 up from 78 in 2008
Inventory of homes for sale was 8,784 down from 9,729 in 2008
