Termite Treatment for $399...Realtor Special From ValuePest.

Clients of mine Anthony and Stacy Leggio have a business called ValuePest.com and they are offering Realtors a whole house termite treatment for just $399! Plus they will do a full year of quarterly pest control for your personal home for free.
ValuePest.com
They also are offering WDIR inspections and reports for $50 which includes a renewable termite warranty.
Anthony came out to my house (clear) and while he was here he showed me some pictures of what termites can do to a home.....staggering!
Not an older home as most people would think but a home that was only a couple of years old and I will do another post and share those photos with you, he also told me about the billions and billions of dollars worth of damage done by termites in the USA.

It Might Have Been The Food But I Have Not Seen This Many Realtors at an Open House in Years!Tuscany

I'm telling you, they were everywhere today at Tuscany in Clayton on Highway 42 East. We were treated to a Rustic Italian Spread catered by Creative Caterers.

Tuscany

Tuscany is a magnificent development just outside Clayton and I'll be writing about the homes later but I was really encouraged by the turn out today a wet dreary day.

There was a tent set up with tables and agents were talking to mortgage brokers, builders, phones were ringing and there were three Sold signs already up.Tuscany
These are great homes in the $167,000 -$200,000 range
